How to Redeem Perk
iOS Users:
Navigate to the Perks & Rewards row in the Backbone App
Use the Black Desert Mobile Perk Tile and copy your code.
Go to the Black Desert Mobile Redeem Coupon page.
Select the region for the coupon.
Enter your Family Name, then confirm. (Family Name can be found in-game settings)
Register the coupon code.
Tap ‘Redeem Coupon’.
The items are sent to your in-game Mailbox when the code is redeemed.
Android Users:
Navigate to the Perks & Rewards row in the Backbone App
Use the Black Desert Mobile Perk Tile and copy your code.
Launch Black Desert Mobile.
Tap ‘Menu’ in the top right corner of the game screen.
Tap ‘Settings’ in the bottom right corner of the menu.
Tap ‘Register Coupon’ in the ‘Account’ tab.
Enter the coupon code and use it.
The items are sent to your in-game Mailbox when the code is redeemed.
*Ensure that your Family name is correct before using the coupon. Coupon rewards will be immediately bound to the Family. We cannot restore them if the wrong Family name is entered. Items from coupons will be sent via your in-game mail and can expire. We recommend collecting them as soon as possible. This offer is available to redeem from Aug 3, 2023-Oct 3, 2023. Codes will expire on Oct 15, 2023.
