Can I use this with the Backbone One for Android?

On Android, Sony’s PS Remote Play app exclusively supports the Sony PlayStation® DualSense™ Wireless Controller and the DUALSHOCK®4 Wireless Controller. At this time, there is no official support for any other input devices, including the Backbone One Controller for Android.

In the meantime, players can enjoy the hundreds of games available from both the Google Play Store and cloud gaming and remote play services offered by Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, GeForce Now, Steam Link, and more. Do I need to own an PlayStation® console?

Can I play all my PlayStation games?

Any game installed on your PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro, or PlayStation 5 can be played remotely. You can even download new games remotely through the PS Remote Play app.

Do I need to own PlayStation games to play them remotely?

Yup. To play a game remotely, you must have it installed on your console. Don’t worry, if you forgot to download a game before you left the house, you can also download new games on your console through the PS Remote Play app.

Do I have to be home to use PS Remote Play?
